The meeting of the Council of Minister, Government of Nepal, on Monday night, dated 31st May, 2021 has concluded to follow the similar modality like last year for the Secondary Education Examination (S.E.E.). The modality refers to Internal Evaluation where the sole results will be prepared by the Schools, themselves and the National Examination Board will only publish it.

Further clarity regarding the modality and preparation of the final results will be announced by the NEB sooner.

Due to the ongoing situation of COVID-19 pandemic, the Committee formed to evaluate the alternatives to make SEE Examination had concluded that SEE could not be held any time sooner. This conclusion was put forward in the meeting of the NEB which was passed by the officials. Then, the meeting of Council of Ministers, GoN, finally decided to upgrade Grade 10 students on the basis of their school performance.
